Name, tradition, experience

Coming to the website of OPATIJA-TOURS d.o.o., You might have asked yourself – how come a real estate agency has the word TOURS in its name!?! The answer to this question is the story of our agency.

On July 17th 1989, OPATIJA-TOURS d.o.o. was established as the first privately owned tourist agency in former Yugoslavia. This was preceded by 18 years of experience in tourism – on Western European markets, as well as along the Adriatic coast.

During the early nineties, the real estate market was shaped, and we extended our business to real estate transfer in 1991. We did not want to change the already well-known name of OPATIJA-TOURS d.o.o., so we added „agency for tourism and real estate“ to it!

The services (activities) of our agency

Mediation in the buying and selling of apartments, houses and summer houses, villas, hotels, boardinghouses, first and foremost smaller family buildings, building lots, including compounds for the construction of tourist-economic objects. The consulting of buyers and sellers regarding the choice/sale of the real estate (the location, its liquidity, quality, legal issues). Co-operation with other agencies like ours.

The agency is a member of the Property transfer association at the HGK.
An educated team of people who graduated from the state exam as REAL ESTATE AGENTS, with a knowledge of foreign languages:
